60% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, plus old-vine Carignan.

Aged for up to 24 months in older French oak demi-muids (600-litre barrels) before bottling.

Hand-picked, wild yeast fermentation, unfiltered and unfined.

Ripe red and black fruits, mocha, sweet oak, silky fine tannins, and a delicate, smooth finish.

Absolutely delicious with years and year of cellaring ahead.
