There is a lot to love about this wine, year in and year out. The grapes from this vineyard have appeared in many Nelson super star Chardonnay's over the decades. When you read: Mendoza clone, dry-grown, 1974 (making some of the vines 52 years old), single vineyard, your interest is immediately raised. To see its retail price you are astounded. Other Chardonnay's with this history and class would be at two or three times the full price of this beauty.
