“ Our 2022 Miss Bronte Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is bright ruby in colour, showing more fruit driven aromatics, with a soft perfume leaning towards sage, and light oak backdrop that starts to display leafy aromas after time in the glass. Decanting will lift the luscious ripe black fruits and allow the savoury characters to lift in the mid palate.

Cassis and black currants may lead the charge however gentle herbs and soft cocoa start to gather along with the tide of a structured and gripping dry long finish.”

This wine has a great future. It is intense, chocolaty and intense with a lovely funky edge that adds character now and will disappear as the wine grows into self.
