The refined 2022 vintage (5*) is a single-vineyard, hand-picked wine, fermented and
matured for a year in French oak casks (30 per cent new). Bright, light
lemon/green, it is fresh, full-bodied and savoury, with strong, citrusy
flavours, mealy and biscuity notes adding complexity, balanced acidity, and a
finely textured, lingering finish. A very age worthy wine, it's well worth
cellaring to mid-2025+.
