The "infamous winemaker John Douglas" does it again. He is notorious for producing very good wine and selling these at a price which people come back for again and again. He also says that this the only Gold Medal Martinborough Pinot under $60.00 retail. 

A fabulous wine with a fine and elegant mouth feel, layers of flavour with bold red berry fruit, violets, spice and a hint of smoky oak. Silky textured with savoury complexity and clean finish.
