"Ripe, lifted fresh tree fruit scents of apple and pear then citrus, barrel spice and minerality. Vibrant, fresh and youthful. On the palate a a satin-cream texture touches first with flavours of pears and apples, vanilla and a minerality not too dissimilar to Chablis with a touch of chamomile and chalk-like qualities. Dry, medium weighted on the palate with plenty of acidity, floral and mineral charms and not to much oak. Some lees spices layer in complexity as well. A lovely drinking wine and excellent with food. Best drinking from 2023 through 2027+."
