Seresin Tatou Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2017
Super-Hot Deal Cancelled Export
It is a very difficult task to convince us that it is worth promoting an 'older' Sauvignon Blanc, even at a really good deal.
This wine is a ‘Dry White’ wines drinkers dream. Far, far more serious than the price suggests.
Made to age exclusively for the UK restaurant market and this is seriously good wine.
The Seresin Estate Tatou Sauvignon Blanc 2017 is a 93% Sauvignon Blanc 7% Semillon blend.
It is soft and highly drinkable. Think soft dry white with real character. It is reminiscent of a very good Australian Semillon with a few complexities thrown in for good measure: subtle oak, a soft round palate and a sprinkling of tropical fruit that has integrated really well into the wine. Super drinking over the next 8 to 12 months.
