Starry Starry Bright
Starborough Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Top 100 & Blue Gold Sydney International Wine Competition 2020
5 Stars & 93/100 Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
4 Stars Michael Cooper
“A fragrant wine with lemon cheesecake aromas. The palate is powerful and full-flavoured with ripe stone fruit, integrated sweetness and little spice. The softness and full-flavour of the wine match the dish perfectly.” Toni Paterson Judge Sydney Top 100
“A bright fresh floral nose following through to the palate. Clean and bright with beautifully balanced acidity and structure. A lovely strong white peach flavour makes this wine very attractive. A great match as the texture of both the dish and the wines work so well together.” Brent Marris Judge Sydney Top 100

Beach House Hawkes Bay Pinot Gris 2019
5 Stars Wine Orbit. They said...
"Fabulously fruited and fragrant, the inviting bouquet shows fresh pear, rockmelon, citrus and white floral aromas on the nose, followed by a succulent palate that is supple and persistent. Elegant and generous at the same time with charming fruit flavours, making it immensely appealing. At its best: now to 2022. $20.00...Oct 2019."

D’Arenberg The Hermit Crab 2016 McLaren Vale Viognier Marsanne

Gold Houston 2017
Gold China Wine & Spirits Best Value 2018
94 Point Tony Key. The Key Report
"Shows distinct Viognier aromas - orange blossom and apricot - but tamed by Marsanne's citrus and touch of acidity. very attractive, complex bouquet, honey and spices, toasted nuts. The palate is rich and unctuous, soft and silky textured with sweet fruit galore lifted by a well-managed hint of residual sugar. It's well-balanced and a real crowd pleaser. Amazing value." Put an X By This One
Little X Nelson Chardonnay 2018
94/100 Cameron Douglas MS. He said...
"An intriguing bouquet of Chardonnay with layers of flowers - honeysuckle and apple blossoms, white fleshed fruits - peach and apple and citrus of grapefruit. A light leesy quality adds shape and texture to the bouquet - fine and gently creamy. Equally fine and intriguing on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose plus acidity, oak and fine mineral attributes. A fine, balanced and well made wine, quite lengthy and complex." Drink 2019 - 2023+"
A super-value Chardonnay from Nelson: creamy-soft, bright acid and a delight. Gluggable...and organic!

A Chiefly Proposition
Awawhiti Chiefly River Central Otago Pinot Noir 2018
This wine has had some super press under a different guise. It has been said of this wine.
"A lovely attractive complexity with a core of mineral messages with crushed stone then aromas of plum and raspberry with some toasty vanilla wood moments. Dry with flavours that reflect the nose, fine dusty tannins and light chalky edge. A really fine balanced wine reflecting sight, soil and winemaker stamp of quality. Well made, drink now and through 2025."

This is a wine with rich dark cherry flavours and a silky textured mouthfeel – classic Central Otago Pinot!

Grey Ridge Central Otago Pinot Noir 2015
Over the last 20 years we have seen the growth in the quality and the love for the 'Central Wine’ explode. This wine represents a number of the reasons for that growth.
The lovely cherry bomb of Central Otago smoothness that wraps itself around your senses and forces you to ‘unquestionably want’ another glass. Medium in colour, with a nose full of cherry ripeness which leads to a beautifully balanced palate, which seduces and charms.
Great drinking now and well into late 2020 early 2021.
Small production, so not a regular on the show circuit. We cannot recommend this stunner enough.
It is our “Pinot Noir Buy of The Year” to date.
Silver Medal Bragato Wine Competition
A little note: When you compare this wine, with many of the usual suspects at this price point it simply leaves them in its wake. Those who like screaming at Meg, walking the Devil's Staircase, counting to Two and the Rabbits on the Ranch will be HUGE fans of this wine very quickly.
