New Release Made from Mendoza Clone 30+ year old vines… and 100% wild fermented in a mix of puncheons and barriques, it spends a further year in barrel undergoing malolactic fermentation and extended time on lees. A project winemaker Jeremy McKenzie has been working on for several years, selecting small parcels of the finest estate fruit each year to go into this magnificent Chardonnay. Superb now… but no rush to drink, you can reap the rewards through 2029-2032+.
